Welcome to the Alliance of Motion
 Picture and Television Producers

The Entertainment Industry’s Official Collective Bargaining Representative

The Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers (AMPTP) represents hundreds of motion picture, television and streaming producers in collective bargaining negotiations. On behalf of those production companies, the AMPTP negotiates nearly sixty industry-wide collective bargaining agreements with industry unions and guilds.

The entertainment industry depends on the strong, lasting relationships between these production companies and union and guild partners. For over 40 years, the AMPTP has worked in support of this mission, engaging in good-faith negotiations and delivering industry-leading wages, benefits, and protections for the industry’s workforce.

Working together to strengthen the industry

The AMPTP works with unions and guilds to reach fair deals for the entertainment industry.
