As negotiations continue, we continue to be committed to negotiating a fair and reasonable agreement. We all need a labor pact that reflects today's realities. We all need a labor pact that allows us to experiment, innovate and react rapidly to the transformative changes permeating ever aspect of our industry.
We are looking for flexibility not only in the New Media arena, but also in traditional media where we must find new ways to get and keep the audiences' attention. Relief from the current arcane contractual provisions that prohibit or inhibit us from being able to whatever we need to do to creatively to capture and re-capture audiences benefits us all.
